• Partial Planning: For couples who've already booked a few vendors, we step in to guide you through the rest, ensuring your vision comes to life seamlessly.

• Month of Coordination: If you’ve got everything in place but need expert hands-on support leading up to the big day, our Month of Coordination service will take the stress off your shoulders and give you peace of mind.

We recommend booking as soon as you can, ideally 6–12 months before your wedding day. This allows us to be fully involved in bringing your vision to life and to secure your preferred vendors and venues. However, we are always happy to work with couples with tighter timelines too!

We handle all the details—from design and vendor coordination to timeline management and logistics—making sure everything aligns with your vision. Our role goes far beyond the venue to ensure every aspect of your day is cohesive, stress-free, and perfectly executed.

While a venue coordinator focuses on the location, we focus on bringing your entire celebration to life with a personalized, seamless experience.

Yes! We love to travel and are happy to assist with destination weddings. Whether you're saying "I do" in a beach paradise or a charming countryside, we’ll work with local vendors and bring your dream wedding to life, no matter the location.

In the rare case we’re unavailable on your wedding day, we have a talented associate planner who will step in to ensure everything goes according to plan. You’ll always have a dedicated professional with Sanctuary Events.
