Hi, I'm Téa Monet—the heart and hands behind Sanctuary.
Before starting Sanctuary, I spent years producing events for luxury fashion brands, creative studios, and major corporate clients, while also planning weddings and intimate gatherings. I loved the work, but people were stressed and overwhelmed. I wanted to create something different, a planning experience rooted in calm, clarity, and real partnership.
People describe my energy as real, light, nurturing, and steady. I'm not here to force a vision on you; I'm here to build the one you feel in your bones.
As a Black and Filipino woman, I believe in celebrations that honor who you actually are, not who you think you're supposed to be. I believe in blended cultures, nontraditional formats, intimate moments at big events, and the kind of hospitality that makes everyone feel like they belong.
Whether you're planning a 30-person wedding or a brand experience for 200, I bring the same care, creativity, and seamless execution.
